Convenience Fee — ₹35 (Non-Refundable)

Important — Please read before booking

A ₹35 convenience fee is charged on every booking made through MyMiniScreen — online, in-app, or via a screener at the venue. This fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or disputes.

The convenience fee covers platform operations, payment processing, and the cost of securing your slot in real time. It is not part of the booking amount and is charged separately.

Walk-in bookings: The ₹35 convenience fee is also included in the total amount you pay at the venue through a screener.

Booking Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, your slot is reserved exclusively for you at the chosen screen. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on payment of the advance or full amount.

  • Advance (50%) plan: You pay 50% now to lock the slot. The remaining 50% is collected at the venue on the day of the booking.
  • Full payment plan: You pay the full booking amount upfront. No additional charges at the venue.
  • In both plans, the ₹35 convenience fee is charged upfront and is non-refundable.

The booking amount (excluding convenience fee) is paid to the screener/venue operator. MyMiniScreen acts as the booking platform and does not collect the full booking amount in all cases.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Payment Plan — Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the slot. The full booking amount is refunded within 5–7 business days. The ₹35 convenience fee is not refunded.

Advance (50%) Plan — Cancellation fees apply based on how early you cancel:

  • More than 7 days before slot: 10% of the advance is deducted. Remaining 90% is refunded.
  • 2–7 days before slot: 30% deducted. 70% refunded.
  • Less than 48 hours before slot: 50% deducted. 50% refunded.
  • Same day or no-show: No refund on the advance amount.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The ₹35 convenience fee is never included in any refund.

Promo Codes & Offers

Promo codes may be issued by MyMiniScreen (MMS offers) or by individual screeners for their specific screens. Codes issued by screeners are only valid for that screener's screens and cannot be used elsewhere.

  • Only one promo code can be applied per booking.
  • Discounts apply to the base booking amount only — not to the convenience fee.
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or codes.
  • MMS reserves the right to cancel or modify offers without prior notice.

Data & Privacy

By booking through MyMiniScreen, you consent to us storing your name, email, phone number, and booking details for order fulfilment and customer support purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process your booking.
