A flat ₹35 convenience fee is charged on every booking made through MyMiniScreen - whether online, in-app, or in person via a screener at the venue (a "walk-in" booking). This page explains what the fee covers, when it is charged, and why it cannot be refunded.
The convenience fee is always shown separately in your price breakdown before you pay - it is never hidden inside the booking amount.
The convenience fee is not part of the booking amount paid to the screener. It covers MyMiniScreen's own costs of running the platform for every transaction, including:
The ₹35 convenience fee is charged exactly once per booking, regardless of how the booking is made or paid for:
It is charged once no matter how many add-ons, guests, or promo codes apply to the booking.
The convenience fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including:
There is one exception: if a screener cancels your confirmed booking, you receive a full refund including the convenience fee - see the Cancellation by Screener section of our Booking Policy.
The exact refund amount, with the convenience fee already excluded, is always shown to you before you confirm a cancellation.
When a customer books in person at the venue through a screener (rather than online or in-app), the same ₹35 convenience fee applies and is included in the total amount collected. Screeners cannot waive this fee - it belongs to MyMiniScreen, not to the venue.
Every booking confirmation and invoice itemises the convenience fee as its own line, separate from the booking amount, any add-ons, and any promo code discount. Promo codes and discounts apply only to the booking amount - never to the convenience fee.
MyMiniScreen may revise the convenience fee amount from time to time. Any change will apply only to bookings made after the new fee takes effect and will always be shown clearly before you pay - it never changes retroactively on an existing booking.
