Welcome to MyMiniScreen. By accessing or using our platform at myminiscreen.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyMiniScreen by Elephas Innovations ("Company", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To make bookings or list screens, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

MyMiniScreen is an online marketplace connecting customers (users) with screeners (venue operators). We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to the service agreement between users and screeners.

A booking is confirmed only when:

• You have completed the payment process in full.
• A booking confirmation email has been sent to your registered email address.
• The booking reference number appears in your account dashboard.

Bookings are subject to availability. MyMiniScreen does not guarantee that any specific screen or time slot will be available.

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

• A platform convenience fee (if applicable) will be clearly shown before payment.
• The screener sets the base price for their screen and time slots.
• Add-on services (decor, cake, fog entry, etc.) are charged separately if selected.
• All displayed prices are final and include no additional taxes.

Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway partners. We do not store your full card details.

Cancellation policies are set by individual screeners and are displayed on each screen's listing page. It is your responsibility to review the cancellation policy before booking.

General cancellation windows (where screener policy permits):

• More than 24 hours before the booking: 100% refund of the amount paid (minus platform fee).
• 2 to 24 hours before: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 2 hours before: cannot be cancelled; no refund.
• No-show: No refund.

To cancel a booking, log in to your account and navigate to "My Bookings". Cancellations cannot be processed via phone or email alone.

As a customer using MyMiniScreen, you agree to:

• Arrive at the venue on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time with no compensation.
• Treat the venue, equipment and staff with respect at all times.
• Not bring outside food or beverages unless explicitly permitted by the screener.
• Not smoke, consume alcohol or engage in illegal activities on the premises.
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy limit stated in the booking.
• Report any damage or issues to the screener immediately.
• Take responsibility for the behaviour of all guests included in your booking.
• Not record or photograph the screen content in a way that infringes copyright.

Any damage caused to the venue or equipment by you or your guests may result in additional charges billed to your payment method on file.

Screeners who list their venues on MyMiniScreen agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete listing information including amenities, capacity, pricing and availability.
• Maintain the venue in the condition described in the listing.
• Honour all confirmed bookings unless a genuine emergency prevents it.
• Respond to customer enquiries within 12 hours.
• Set fair and transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
• Comply with all applicable local laws, licensing and safety regulations.
• Maintain appropriate liability insurance for their venue.

Screeners are independent operators and are solely responsible for the services they provide. MyMiniScreen is not liable for the quality or safety of individual venue experiences.

All content on MyMiniScreen — including the name, logo, design, text, graphics, software and code — is the exclusive property of MyMiniScreen by Elephas Innovations or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our written permission.
• Screeners retain ownership of photos and descriptions they upload; by uploading, they grant us a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the Platform.
• User reviews and feedback may be displayed on the Platform and used in our marketing materials.

You must not use MyMiniScreen to:

• Make false or fraudulent bookings.
• Post false or misleading reviews.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users, screeners or our staff.
• Attempt to bypass our payment systems or commit payment fraud.
• Screen, distribute or facilitate access to illegal, adult or pirated content.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the Platform without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and/or legal action.

MyMiniScreen provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMiniScreen shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• The quality, safety or legality of services provided by screeners.
• Any disputes between users and screeners.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Any unauthorised access to your account due to your negligence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address for significant changes.
• Displaying a notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
